Job Description

The Brand Manager will work with the Director to develop and execute brand strategy, from reviewing overall strategy and implementing effective execution to managing product portfolios and building consumer engagement. Specific duties include:

• Work with the Director to develop a marketing plan for the product.
• Identify and develop strategies to optimize brand potential.
• Develop and implement consumer and market development strategies.
• Develop and implement competitive strategies.
• Manage budgets, ensuring campaigns stay within agreed cost ranges.
• Prepare brand development plan, update and long term planning.
• Work closely with brand team members.
• High level tactical planning.
• Participate and take primary responsibility for implementing detailed action plans (new product development, marketing plans, field testing, and flexible actions to ensure KPIs are achieved).

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in Food industry.
• Experienced in team management and implementation of brand development projects & marketing activities.
• Understanding of P/L structure, market research, ETC/OTC channel and medical channel.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Proficient in office software.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, able to work under high pressure.
• Strong business mindset and results oriented.
• Experience in launching new products to market.
